Tom Mamer is a labour organiser, negotiator, and educator currently working with Luxembourg's largest trade union, the Onofhängege Gewerkschaftsbond Lëtzebuerg (OGBL), where he specialises in advocacy for workers in the healthcare and social services sectors. He holds graduate degrees in Political Economy, Philosophy and Modern History from the University of Amsterdam and Paris Nanterre University, where he developed the theoretical frameworks that inform his current research on the intersection of technology, economy, and governance.
