Thomas Christian Bächle is the Managing editor of Internet Policy Review. He is the co-Head of the Digital Society Research Programme at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) in Berlin. Since April 2019 he has also been Guest Professor for Media Studies/Digital Media at the Hermann von Helmholtz Centre for Cultural Techniques at the Humboldt University of Berlin.
