Simeon de Brouwer works on EU digital policy, and has a background in philosophy and digital ethics. His research focuses on privacy and data protection, the optimistic narratives around technology, artificial intelligence and human rights. He is currently a Policy & Consultation Trainee at EDPS, the European Data Protection Supervisor. Simeon holds a BA and an MLitt in philosophy, as well as an MA in Applied Ethics.
