Dr. Salomé Lannier is a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Luxembourg. She is currently a Marie Curie Fellow, for a three-year project titled “PROTect against EXploitation: exploitative offences versus legitimate work in a digitalised labour market”. She is a doctor in law and criminal sciences from a joint French Spanish PhD program. Her expertise mainly lies in the intersections of criminal law and digital law. She is teaching various Master sessions on Criminal law and cyberspace, including on data retention and access and the repression of child sexual abuse material, and Bachelor sessions on sexual and exploitation offenses. Her personal research interest remains in the fight against human trafficking, a gender-based approach to law, and the legal framework around sex work.
