Information

Pałka is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University in Krakow and an affiliated fellow at Yale Law School’s Information Society Project. He researches the intersections of technology and economic law and currently serves as the PI in the “Consumer Law and the Attention Economy” Project. He holds an LL.M. (’14) and a PhD (’17) from the European University Institute in Florence.
