Paula Kift is currently working towards a Master of Public Policy (MPP) at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. After spending her last two years of high school at the Red Cross Nordic United World College (RCNUWC) in Norway, Paula earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) summa cum laude at Princeton University, where she studied French Literature and Political Science as a major, and Near Eastern Studies and European Cultural Studies as minors. During her undergraduate studies, she also completed an exchange semester each at the universities of Barcelona and Paris. Her research interests include global internet governance in general, and global privacy governance and norm evolution in particular. Paula has worked for the Global Public Policy Institute in Berlin, as well as for the West German Broadcasting Company in Cologne, the Catalan Ministry of Education in Barcelona, the French Senate in Paris as well as for the Walter Hallstein-Institute for European Constitutional Law in Berlin.
