Dr. Olivier Voordeckers is a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Luxembourg, specialised in EU financial regulation as well as anti-money laundering law. His current research focuses on the use of artificial intelligence for compliance purposes. He holds a PhD on EU banking law from the University of Luxembourg and an LL.M. in EU banking and financial law from the same University. Besides his academic work, he is also a certified Data Protection Officer, compliance consultant and regulatory advisor for FinTech undertakings.
