Оlga Matveieva is the Associate Professor at the Institute of Public Administration of Dnipro University of Technology in Ukraine and the Research Fellow in Public Administration at the Marie Jahoda Center for International Gender Studies of Ruhr University Bochum in Germany. Her research interests embrace the topics of empowering local government and civil society during state democratic transformation and reformation using technologies. She co-authored a number of scientific articles, chapters in monographs and conference proceedings.
