Dr. Mindaugas Kiškis is the Partner of the international Law Firm INVENT, and the Law and Management Professor at the Mykolas Romeris University.
Dr. Kiškis specializes in Intellectual Property, Media, Privacy and Data Protection, E-Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship fields. He has more than 17 years of consulting and litigation experience in these fields.
Prof. Kiškis is specialized on the regulatory and management issues of technological and innovative enterprise, legal trailblazing and setting new precedent, including novel legislation and litigation, compliance with the US, the EU and international law.
Mindaugas Kiškis holds the PhD (2002) from the Mykolas Romeris University, LLM (1998) from the Faculty of Law, University of Vilnius, as well as MBA (2005) from the Baltic Management Institute (Vytautas Magnus University). He was awarded a number of fellowships with major foreign universities, including visiting scholar at the Montana State University (2017), Government of China fellowship for visiting foreign professors (2013), Canada fellowship for visiting scholars (2011), Fulbright fellowship at the Arizona State University (2007-2008), Markle fellowship at the Oxford University (2003) and other.
Dr. Kiškis actively publishes on the topics of Intellectual Property, Media, Privacy and Data protection, Innovation, E-Business and Entrepreneurship.
