Mélanie Dulong de Rosnay is a permanent researcher at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) Institute for Communication Sciences and a visiting Fellow at London School of Economics and Political Science Department of Media and Communications, 2013-15.
Prior to joining the CNRS in 2010, she was associate researcher at CERSA (CNRS University Paris 2) - where she was Creative Commons France legal lead between 2003 and 2013. She has been research fellow at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society of Harvard Law School (2007-08), Science Commons, as well as at the Institute for Information Law of the University of Amsterdam (2009-10). In 2011, she co-founded Communia, international association on the digital public domain, which she currently chairs and represents at the World Intellectual Property Organization. She is regularly teaching copyright law. Mélanie is a graduate in political science with a PhD in law.
