Information
Kuan-Wei Chen is a Program-Specific Assistant Professor at the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of Law and Policy (AI and Law Unit) of the Graduate School of Law, Kyoto University, and a visiting researcher at the Graduate School of Social Data Science, Hitotsubashi University, Japan. She is originally from Taiwan and holds the Doctor of Law of LMU Munich, Germany. Her research focuses on digital constitutionalism and the intersection between law and emerging technologies, with particular attention to comparative East Asian contexts and their dialogue with the international mainstream discussion.
