Kasim Balarabe is Professor of Law and Associate Dean at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, and a Fernand Braudel Senior Fellow at the European University Institute, Florence. He researches and teaches in the fields of public international law, international humanitarian law, and the law–technology interface, with a particular interest in digital sovereignty, platform governance, and the regulation of emerging immersive technologies.
