Julien Rossi is Associate Professor at Université Paris 8, and researcher at the Centre d’Études sur les Médias, les Technologies et l’Internationalisation, and co-chair of the Working Group on Internet Governance and Regulation of Research Network Internet, AI and Society of the CNRS.
