Julian Morgan is a PhD candidate and doctoral researcher at Humboldt University Berlin German Research Foundation’s DynamInt Research Center (DynamInt) and an affiliate researcher at the University of Amsterdam Institute for Information Law (IViR). Julian’s research is focused on platform governance in the EU, with a special focus on the resonance of regulatory discourses and practices of authority.
