Julia Kling is a PhD Candidate and Researcher at the European Research Council (ERC) Consolidator Project on “The Consequences of the Internet for Russia’s Informational Influence Abroad” (RUSINFORM, 2019-2025) at the University of Passau. Her research interests include platform governance, Russia’s informational influence, dis-/misinformation and propaganda.
