Judit Bayer

Judit Bayer is an associate professor of media law at the Budapest Business School, Hungary. Her research background is in human rights, freedom of expression, media freedom and pluralism, and privacy. She has a Ph.D. in constitutional law and habilitation in data protection law. Bayer has authored several books and articles about freedom of expression on the internet, the liability of internet service providers, public service broadcasting and human rights.
