Jeongone (Joh) Seo, Ph.D., LMSW, is a researcher and licensed social worker pursuing her second doctorate in Library & Information Science at Rutgers University, after earning a Ph.D. in Social Entrepreneurship from Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on platform governance, AI literacy, and inclusive platform design for all. As a 2025/2026 ICDE Fellow at the Platform Cooperativism Consortium, she examines the challenges and failures of government-led digital platform initiatives.
