Isabelle Bartram is a molecular biologist by training and currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Freiburg, Germany. She is part of the interdisciplinary group “Human Diversity in the New Life Sciences: Social and Scientific Effects of Biological Differentiations (SoSciBio)” at the Institute of Sociology. She also works at the German non-profit organisation Gen-ethisches Netzwerk e.V. advocating for the responsible use and governance of human genetics.
