Hans Morten Haugen, Dr Jur (University of Oslo 2006) is Professor of International Diakonia at VID Specialized University. Specialising on the interlinkage of technology, international economic law and international human rights law, he has advised the UN on human rights and science (see A/HRC/26/19, para. 36), and published extensively, including the book Technology and Human Rights: Friends or Foes? Highlighting Innovations Applying to Natural Resources and Medicine (2012)
