Francesco Russo, Partner, Comin & Partners. Francesco deals with public and regulatory affairs at Comin & Partners. From 2007 to 2015 he practiced as a competition lawyer at the Bonelli Erede law firm in Rome. He is a visiting researcher at the Amsterdam Center for Law and Economics, where he was a researcher between 2005 and 2007 and where he was then a PhD student. In 2010 he published his first book on the Commission’s decision on competition (Cambridge University Press). He holds an LLM in EU Business Law (Amsterdam Law School). He graduated in law from the University of Naples “Federico II” in 2003. He is the President of the RENA network.
