Information
Félix's research focuses on past and present contention around the protection of civil and political rights and communicational autonomy on the internet. He is a junior researcher at ISCC-CNRS where he works for netCommons, a European interdisciplinary project looking at telecom infrastructures managed as a commons, and at CERI-Sciences Po for the UTIC projects, which looks at post-Snowden controversies. He is also a PhD student at EHESS, and a founding member and former legal analyst of the Paris-based digital rights advocacy group La Quadrature du Net.
