Dr Felix Bieker, LL.M. has been legal researcher at the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz, ULD) Schleswig-Holstein since 2013 and is a member of Forum Privacy (forum-privatheit.de <http://forum-privatheit.de>). He studied law in Kiel, Germany, and Edinburgh, UK, and focusses on constitutional and structural aspects of data protection. In early 2022, his monograph on individual and structural data protection in EU law will be published by Asser Press/Springer.
