Professor Eugenia Siapera is the Director of the UCD Centre for Digital Policy and a Professor in the School of Information and Communications Studies. She is the author of multiple publications, including books and edited collections, book chapters and journal articles. Eugenia is also the editor of the academic journal Online Information Review.
