Dr Elizabeth Farries is the Director of the UCD Centre for Digital Policy and an Assistant Professor in the School of Information and Communication Studies. She was previously a Barrister and Solicitor and Civil Society Organisation Director. She has researched, advocated and advised on domestic and regional digital policy issues.
