Clément Perarnaud is FWO senior postdoctoral fellow at the Brussels School of Governance (BSoG-VUB). His most recent research work focuses on the making process of EU digital policies and standards, as well as negotiations and power plays in Internet governance. He holds a PhD in political science from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, and is an active member of the working group on Internet governance and regulation of the Centre Internet et Société (CIS-CNRS).
