Charlotte Ducuing is a PhD fellow researcher at the Centre for IT and IP law (CiTiP) of the KU Leuven. In her doctoral research, she analyses EU data regulation against the background of data commodification and investigates how EU data regulation relates to other values, such as the ecological transition, democracy and privacy and data protection. Charlotte also conducts research on data governance at the intersection between the circular and the data economy.
