Caterina Santoro is a researcher with a background in law and public administration. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the Public Governance Institute of KU Leuven (Faculty of Social Sciences) and is a member of the Open Data for Digital and Social Inclusion Lab at TU Delft. Her research focuses on the governance of data and technology, with particular attention to issues of equity and the evolving relationship between public institutions and private sector actors.
