Bertrand de la Chapelle is the Director of the Internet & Jurisdiction Project (www.internetjurisdiction.net). From 2010 to 2013, he was Director on the Board of ICANN and from 2006 to 2010, the French Thematic Ambassador and Special Envoy for the Information Society. He has been involved in internet governance discussions for 15 years and actively participated in the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) process.
