Anna Pathé-Smith is an Associate Lecturer in Law at the Open University. Her research considers the conceptualisation of pregnancy in law from the perspectives of legal theory, medical law, criminal law and public law. She graduated from the University of Birmingham with an LL.B. (Hons), from University College London with an LL.M. She conducted her PhD at Royal Holloway, University of London.
