Alex Rochefort is a PhD candidate in the Division of Emerging Media Studies at Boston University’s College of Communication where he researches the policies and politics of platform regulation using theories of the policy process. He has previously held fellowships with Freedom House and Ranking Digital Rights, and is currently a graduate student affiliate with the Center for Information, Technology, and Public Life (CITAP) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
