Alejandro Gonzalez Arrreaza is a PhD researcher at the Institute for International Law of KU Leuven (Belgium). After obtaining his law degree from the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello (Venezuela) in 2007, he obtained his Master's of Laws degree from KU Leuven in 2015.
