Robert Gorwa

Robert Gorwa is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center, and a researcher interested in platform governance, content moderation, and other major transnational digital policy challenges. He has recently held fellowships with the Center for Democracy and Technology (CDT) in Washington, the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) in Waterloo, and the Weizenbaum and Humboldt institutes for internet research in Berlin. He obtained his DPhil from the University of Oxford's Department of Politics and International Relations in 2021.
