Joanna Kulesza is an assistant professor of international law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Lodz, Poland, and director of Lodz Cyber Hub research centre there. She is also a member of the Scientific Committee of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights and represents European Internet end-users on ICANN’s At-Large Advisory Committee, serving as its vice-chair. Expert of the European-Chinese working group on the application of international law in cyberspace (EC-IL WG) and the Sino-European Cyber Dialogue (SECD), between 2019 and 2022, Kulesza co-chaired the Advisory Board of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE).
