Uta Meier-Hahn was an academic editor at the Internet Policy Review from 2013 to 2015 and is a doctoral researcher at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG). She has studied Cultural Studies at the University of Lüneburg and Marmara University, Istanbul. After graduating in 2008, she joined the public broadcasting company Norddeutscher Rundfunk, where she worked as an online journalist and trainer in social network research.
