PhD Rikke Frank Joergensen

Rikke Frank Joergensen has specialised in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) and human rights, specifically how use of ICT may strengthen or weaken human rights standars. Besides her position with the Danish Institute for Human Rights, she teaches international Master students in communication and globalisation at Roskilde University. She was appointed expert to the Council of Europe's working group on Rights of Internet Users (2012 - 2013). In 2013, she published Framing the Net: The Internet and Human Rights (Edward Elgar Publishing).
