Maximilian Hösl is a research fellow and PhD candidate in the project group ‘The Internet Policy Field’ at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center. He holds a Master’s degree in Policy management, Public Policy and Public Administration from the University of Duisburg-Essen. His research focuses on the theorisation of policy fields, the semantic formation of the internet policy field and its institutionalisation.
