Information
Inge Graef is Associate Professor of Competition Law at Tilburg University. She is affiliated to the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT) and the Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC). Inge was a PhD fellow of the Research Foundation Flanders (FWO) at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Law and ICT / Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (ICRI/CIR), KU Leuven, iMinds. Her PhD research involved the interaction between personal data and competition law on online media platforms and was supervised by Prof. Peggy Valcke as promoter and Prof. Wouter Devroe as co-promoter. Inge studied European and Dutch law at the universities of Maastricht and Nijmegen. Prior to joining ICRI in October 2012, she performed traineeships at the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and the European Commission’s DG Competition.
