Edina Harbinja is a PhD candidate at the University of Strathclyde and a law lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire. Her research is funded by the Horizon Digital Economy Hub, Nottingham, supported by the Clark Foundation Scotland and the University of Strathclyde King Hugh Fund. The research forms part of the RCUK funded Centre for Creativity, Regulation, Enterprise and Technology (CREATe).
